I hadn’t heard of this designer until this blog post. I absolutely love the accents by the way. I was in London about a month ago and tried to talk like that but I can guarantee you it was an epic fail, haha. But it was an interesting interview. My husband is Nigerian as well so I can understand were you both are coming from 🙂 I can totally relate. Great interview.

Elizabeth’s threads are beautiful and I’m glad that she’s remaining true to her Nigerian culture while also establishing herself in the Britain fashion scene. I wish I could find either one of those headwraps those sisters were wearing in the interview! Side: I’m gonna have to download some of Youngbodz’s music!

Lovely styles. I am interested in learning more about different patterns and what they mean before I wear them. I’ll be looking into the line.

I really love both your style and her style. I really enjoy all the variety that these new African designers are giving us. I hate shopping off the rack so being able to shop people like Yemzi is refreshing. You know nobody will be wearing your same outfit. LOL

Love the designs, with the extreme summer temps we’re experiencing here in DC soft and airy materials are the way to go. I love to see how people express their creativity in their crafts. Sharing her culture within her collection is a dop touch.
