I know nothing of Natarajasana or new moon rituals. I do stretch often and that keeps the blood and ligaments flowing well.
I’ve never tried this but have just started getting into working out and eating healthier. I’m going to have to give it a try as it looks like the perfect way to loosen up and ease back into working out.

I’ve never been into studying the moon and stars and how it all affects us but I can appreciate those of y’all who do. Having someone remind me that Mercury is in retrograde is always a good thing lol
It’s LEO time of the month! That means my birthday is coming and my energy is good. But I haven’t been that flexible in years, so I have to keep to the easier stretches and be gentle to my body.

I have never heard of the new moon and leo ritual. I do think it is important to stretch your limbs before completing exercise to keep them from being hurt or brittle and it also allows for you to move around easier.
I recently have been getting back into the groove of working out. I may have to give this type of workout a try. It looks relaxing.
