Goddess Pose for Confidence and Travel
As we travel our body is under various pressure and hard condition for the spine and mood.
This week I am sharing a very intense yet basic pose for an immediate increase in confidence and mood.
Goddess pose is a great hip opener, stretches the groins and chest,
This pose also helps tone the entire core.
Increases blood circulation.
Tone the upper body and boost the self-esteem of the practitioner.

I need to do more stretching, I’ve let myself get out of control. I need to take my exercise life seriously.

I’m literally about to do this pose right now. I really need to get back into yoga and stretching since I do a lot of strength training and sitting at a computer.

I’ve just recently gotten into yoga and it has been such a blessing to my stress levels lol! I’ve never given the goddess pose a try however, but I will definitely start incorporating it into my morning routine!
